Two new commands that don’t really do anything important (yet), more there for roleplay value:
- raisescarf <clothing>
- lowerscarf <clothing>
As it only covers a portion of the face, it does NOT hide the identity of the wearer.
A big thanks to everyone who attended the wine tasting and the announcing of the ball and a big thanks to the player that arranged it. A large number of tickets have been sold, though still more are on sale at the Gilded Swan. Again, I really must implore those that wish for custom items to be made for the ball, you MUST have your requests in by the end of this week. We’re busy people and we have a lot to prepare for the event. The following are a list of time zones and times for the event:
- 5PM PST, 26th February 2010
- 6PM MST, 26th February 2010
- 7PM CST, 26th February 2010
- 8PM EST, 26th February 2010
- 2PM NZT, 27st February 2010
Also, that time of the month again and we have another hosting bill coming around. If anyone is able to and wishes to donate to help cover the costs of the hosting of Dark Isles, website and all that goes with it, please do.

Will be interesting.
I find it a bit funny though that you list all those time zones for convenience, but not the most obvious one for time-conversions: UST/GMT (Universal Standard Time/Greenwitch Mean Time), which corresponds to 01:00 (1AM in the morning). Worth adding since it’s the default to compare with around the globe.
